The Master Link Cloaker is OUT!

Finally, it's there: The long awaited Master Link Cloaker, and at a very affordable price too!
If you've read the hitchhiker's guide then you know what it's all about. If you haven't, shame on you :)
It's a very basic tool actually. Just a html file with a few buttons to click on, but it does the job as good as all the other ones I've bought before, and more. You can choose the kind of encryption, javascript or not and the redirection options are nice too. I also like the decoding option. After having read the HH guide, I was thrilled to check out the 'secret' codes I found on sales pages. Now I was able to see what they were doing: Nothing the Master Link Cloaker can't do :)

As you can see, there are 4 different parts:
1 is the Input Area: That is where you will input your affiliate link or any other string that you want the Master Link Cloaker to process.
2 is the Selection Bar: where you select any of the available processing methods
3 is the Process button: Once you click on it, the script will read what is in the input area (1) and output the results in the Output Area (4).
and 4 the Output Area: is the result of the processed string.

Affiliate Link Cloaking

FACT: People prefer clicking on cloaked links.

Let me take you deep inside the sometimes twisted world of Internet Marketing and tell you how Internet users feel about links that look like this:

(1) The Internet Newbie is not so familiar with the Internet and he may be downright intimidated by an ugly affiliate link. They can't tell from the URL what site they're going to. They may even think it's a virus! In any case, they feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the link and they will NOT use it.

(2) The more Internet Savvy avoid clicking on ugly links like these... because it's a sure sign that they are about to be sold something. And people do NOT like to be sold. They will try to bypass the link, by "chopping off" the affiliate ID and going directly to the site, just because they can't stand the idea of YOU getting a commission.

(3) The VERY Internet Savvy know something that maybe you don't even know. An affiliate link like the one above can be easily modified to give the commission to someone else... maybe themselves, but certainly NOT you! This is commonly known as Affiliate link hijacking. Affiliate Link Hijacking is what happens when someone replaces your affiliate id with theirs in the affiliate link. In our example, the hijacker could substitute 'myaffid' by 'hisaffid' in the link. The fact of the matter is that YOU don't get your commission, and the hijacker puts YOUR money in HIS own pocket.

By now, you can imagine how you could be losing hundreds or even thousands of dollars every year due to affiliate link hijackers and bypassers.

But this hiding of links is only part of the Top Secret Information that will be unfolded to You.

FACT: Nearly all affiliate programs use cookies to track which affiliate is involved in a sale for commision payouts.

It is clear that the more visitors you cookie, the bigger chance you'll have to receive a commission, if one of those visitors decide to buy any of the products that you recommend them.

Imagine what it would be like if you could cookie ALL your visitors, even without them knowing...

In that case, you wouldn't even have to hide your links:
- You could leave them clear and lead them straight to the vendors' homepage.
- You could lead your visitors directly to anothe page of the vendor

It wouldn't matter, the visitor has been cookied already and you are entitled to the commission, if he ever decides to buy.

That, my friend, is what we call 'Cookie Stuffing' .

Know that there are different ways to do this, and one method is better than the other.

Boy, am I glad that I, not being blessed with a technical mind, finally understood all those cloaking tricks. It is much easier than I thought. I now realize I've wasted a lot of money buying all those cloakers. On the other hand, I was quite impressed by the Master Link Cloaker and can't wait when it will be available for the public. :-)

Happar Plus : The Fuel for your Happar script

I guess most internet marketeers have heard about the 'happar'-script.
It is like an searchengine that collects all the searched keywords, stores them in a database and adds them in the rss feeds for Google. I'm not completely sure how it works, but I understood it works especially good with Google Adsense.
The problem for us here, is that the script comes with a lot of Turkish and adult words in its database, and that is not so useful when targeting the English ads
I've seen the demo site, and noticed indeed that there are a lot of funny characters in down the screen.

But someone had a great idea: sell a database full of English words. There are 2 types : the most searched keywords and the top paying keywords (must be the Adwords price?). There is also a script avalable, which will allow you to add a full list of your own keywords. Great idea and the price is good, even if you only want a list of keywords to find your new niche.

Project Black Mask & Adsense Review

Whitehat? Blackhat? What The-?


If these terms mean nothing to you, then good. The Black Mask blueprint assumes only two things: complete ignorance and a desire to make lots of cash online. We assume no knowledge of AdSense, affiliate marketing or anything similar.

That said, let me give you a quick primer on what we're talking about here. Whitehat and Blackhat are terms taken from the early days of computer hacking.

Put simply, a Whitehat hacker uses only "ethical" means to gain entry into a system.

A Blackhat hacker uses any means at his disposal to do the same thing.

There just aren't any restrictions. Legal... or not... he'll try it.

For Blackhat hackers there aren't any rules!

But be prepared to spend thousands of hours creating targeted content, inbound links, reciprocal links and masterfully configuring your writing around specific keywords in order to get "natural positioning" on search engines like Google and Yahoo. Then your ad runs right next to a "paid" ad, and you can get all those clicks for free (in theory).

But like I said... it can take HUNDREDS OF HOURS to perfectly optimize your websites to make them "search engine friendly."

On the other hand, there is nothing "friendly" about Blackhat...

The entire premise here is to short-cut your way past all the "friendly" stuff. We cut in line, slash the learning curve and get our free clicks in days, NOT months. And we do it by being more ruthless, devious and treacherous than everyone else.

Gone are the hours of content writing. No more begging for links. No heavy duty logistics whatsoever. Because we don't have the time or the inclination. Like I say, we take the "Black Hat", instant and free clicks shortcut. And guess what?

It's all "manipulated" within a free tool and a bit of automation.

Basically, you use a search engine's own fancy math against itself. Blackhat fools the search engine into ranking your site higher. We trick our way in, swipe our clicks, make our money, fire up the automated tools and move on to the next round of profiteering. If it sounds devious, that's because it is. And that's what makes the whole thing so profitable...

After all....

Someone recently notified me of a new site specialized in Clickbank product reviews. The person claimed to have found a gold nugget.
He's been a succesful affiliate ever since he promoted the products that were recommended on that site.
It's simply called "Phil Recommends" and usually there are only 3 top products discussed on Phil's single page. That makes it easy too, as everyday there are so many products being launched, it is hard to keep up.

Duvet Dollars, an honest review

Duvet Dollars is being pushed by many "gurus".
Well, I bought it, and read the main book in one sitting.



I'm not a newbie and I can say this is one of the most basic affiliate marketing guides I've come across.
In this book, "Victoria" is explaining:
- how to choose a niche
- How to pick your product from clickbank
- How to promote it via Google Adwords
If you have read ANY books on affiliate marketing before, you won't learn much new here.
Having said that, if you are brandnew to affiliate marketing and haven't read any of the books out there it may be helpful.
It's good info, but more geared towards the newbies.
It's well written (maybe because it's from a female angle now? ;-) and gives a step by step action plan. So in that case it might not be a bad investment.

Day Job Killer Review

There is a big buzz going around about a new ebook that is about to be released, on Tuesday 6th February 2007 to be exact.
Everyone surely remembers the books Affiliate Project X and Adwords Miracle. Well, that same author, Chris McNeeney, will luanch his so called "Affiliate Project X Part 2", called "Day Job Killer".
Affiliate Project X was probably the best information product I bought during 2006. It had so much information packed into an ebook with less than 60 pages.

Best Computer Buy

Best Computer Buy?

Very often I'm asked "which is the best computer I could buy?" I never have a problem answering that question, because my answer is always the same: "It Depends..."
And then it's my turn asking the questions: Are you looking to buy a computer? Why are you looking for another computer, did it break or do you just want a computer with more speed or memory than your old computer? If your computer is not working properly, it could have been caused by the many viruses that can sometimes get picked up. Of course, if you need more memory or a faster CPU, then I can help you.

If your computer is just running slower than before, it most probably is a virus and that can easily be fixed. There are websites that can find the virus and tell you exactly how to get rid of it, for free.
There are also free programs that you can download and run on your computer. Those programs will detect and remove the viruses too. (See my recommandations at the end of this post)

The best computer buy is the computer that will do the most of what you want for the lowest price.
Usually I bring it down to this: Don't get the newest, the fastest, the biggest computer there is. It will be too expensive. Get one just below that, the one that is a little bit older, the one that used to be the newest, the fastest, the biggest computer a little before the new one. In a few years, you'll end up looking a "new best computer buy" anyway, and then you'll be able to get a faster computer than the current one on the market. The second choice will also be much cheaper already, so I would definitely designate that one as the best computer buy.

What kind of computer should you get?
If you are a professional user, than you already know what you need. It could be that you need faster graphics, more memory or really a higher clockspeed for your applications.
You can also envisage to just upgrade a part of your computer in case you need certain features.

For an average user, as me, you can get the regular PC at the subtop. At this moment you could go for a 3GHz processor, with aabout 200 GB of hard drive and 512 MB of DDR. A 17 inch flat screen monitor would do nicely. You should be able to get all that for under $600.00.
It might not be the best computer at this very moment, although it surely was at one time, but at this moment it could definately be "the best computer buy".

Before I forget:
Companies like Paretologic.com offer software like "XoftSpySE Anti-Spyware" that will scan your computer and remove the spyware/adware.
